Chamberlain’s has all the makings of a proper steakhouse: shadowing lighting, polished woods, plush booths and, of course, prime-cut fillets and T-bones always cooked to perfection. After 17 years, this staple on Addison’s “restaurant row” has earned its spot as a gold standard in indulgent dining. But Chamberlain’s is more than good steak. Case in point, the new comfort food series. Tuesday nights this summer you can get down-home grub with a Chamberlain’s twist, like braised short ribs in an orange barbecue sauce with East Texas sweet potatoes. The menu, which you can view online, changes weekly, and at just $14.95, seats fill up fast, so reservations are required.
