Restaurant talk: Yogurt Story

The new yogurt shop coming to the Addison Walk at Beltline and the Tollway has officially opened, and it’s wonderful. Yogurt Story has the same set up as I Heart Yogurt. It’s self-serve with a variety of flavors and toppings to choose from.

If you haven’t stopped by, now’s the time because it’s still celebrating its grand opening. When I walked in, I was told to just take some sample cups and try all the flavors until I found the one I wanted. There’s everything from original tart, to red velvet to pistachio.

The decor resembled any yogurt shop – lots of bright colors and trendy designs. I really hope this place is successful since our neighborhood doesn’t really have the fro-yo empire that others do.

Great frozen yogurt. Self-serve with 12 rotating flavors to choose from, and more than 30 different toppings. 35 cents an ounce. Good location, friendly staff, outdoor seating and free Wi-fi. Stop in and create your own yogurt story.
