A new breakfast and brunch spot, Coffeehouse Cafe, is coming to the southwest corner of Preston and Frankford next to Sonic. I stopped in this morning to find out the details, and their goal is to open by July 18. The interior looks to be pretty much done with leather sofas in the front and a large coffee bar in the center and booths throughout the restaurant. There’s also a spacious patio complete with a fireplace.

There’s no sign out front yet – only a link to its Twitter page where updates will be posted. No word yet on what the menu looks like either. Stay tuned for a follow-up.
