This just in from Dallas Police: A 42-year-old man died today after falling from the third level of the Galleria onto the ice skating rink.
Officers responded to the call at 2:35 p.m. this afternoon, and Dallas Fire Rescue transported the man to Medical City Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Detectives are still investigating what led to the fall and are not making any further comments right now. Stay tuned to the blog for updates.
Update: The Colorado man has been identified as Crisan Hindorean, and the incident is now being investigated as a suicide, according to multiple media reports.
