At about 2 a.m. Sunday morning, an unidentified man was shot to death on the westbound LBJ service road near Coit during an altercation with at least one female. He was on foot.
Detectives have identified one woman as 21-year-old Shelby Brown and have issued a murder warrant for her arrest. She’s 5’9 and 170 pounds with a tattoo on her chest. The suspect vehicle is a white Nissan Maxima with the license plate number CN8K521. Brown may be traveling with two other women and possibly an unidentified black male (pictured here) who police believe may have pulled the trigger.
The victim’s name has not been released.
