One of the most popular off-the-menu dishes at Kenny’s is the steak and cake. It’s a tender 8-ounce steak filet topped with a half-pound crab cake served in a puddle of port wine demi-glace sauce. The whole thing is drizzled with the chef’s homemade béarnaise.
