Not keen on adopting a possibly damaged pup? How about one that’s wearing a birthday hat and giving you those heartrendingly sad puppy eyes?
The Dallas Morning News has a story today (behind the paywall) about Teresa Berg, a local photographer who is helping the Collin County Humane Society promote adoptable rescue dogs. How? By taking irresistible photographs of the pups in her studio near Preston and Campbell.
The photos are being used for the CCHS’ online database of available dogs. Volunteers note that the dogs find homes more quickly when their photographs are more compelling.
Berg specializes in photographing families, pregnant moms and new babies (and yes, babies and dogs together!). Check out her photography blog here.
