A new pizza place has opened on Coit just north of Campbell, focusing on the customizable personal pizza.
Top That! Pizza originated in Tulsa, Okla., in 2010 and prides itself on defining anew category in the industry. It works like a sub sandwich shop. You go through the line and choose your crust, sauce, vegetables, meats and cheeses. The pizza is then baked in under three minutes.
It sounds a little bit like Pie Five, which opened a few months ago off the Tollway and Belt Line.
While we’re on the subject of pizza at Coit and Campbell, the family-owned Palio’s Pizza Cafe recently opened at the southeast corner next to Richardson Bike Mart.
